The Fair Work Ombusman is conducting a 3 year education and compliance campaign that will impact caravan parks, and other accommodation sectors. Employers in the hospitality sector are encouraged to familiarise themselves with their rights and obligations under Australian workplace laws.

National hospitality campaign From 2012 to 2015 we're running a national campaign in different sectors of the hospitality industry. The first wave of this campaign will focus on the accommodation, pubs, taverns and bars sector.
During the campaign, we'll give employees and employers information about their rights and responsibilities at work. We'll do this by working together with the industry sectors.
